Production time
Production begins once you approve your digital proof — not when the order is placed. Production time depends on the product and the size of your run; we’ll confirm your timeline with you before production starts.
Shipping options & cost
Shipping options, transit times, and any costs vary by product and order. The options available to you, along with their cost and estimated delivery window, are shown during the order process — on the product page, at checkout, or confirmed with you before production. Transit time is in addition to production time.
Tracking
You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking within a few days of your expected ship date, contact us at [email protected].
