Regular is the standard envelope thickness used across most concentrate programs. Cost-effective, functional, and works well for 1g portions.
Extra Thick adds structural rigidity and a premium feel — better for heavier portions (2g–3.5g), better for brands whose packaging is a deliberate brand statement, and better for products that need to hold their shape through handling and retail display.
