What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom lighters?
The MOQ for custom printed BIC and Clipper lighters is 240 units — built to be accessible for single-location dispensaries and new cannabis brands, not just enterprise orders. Contact us with your project details and we’ll send a full quote.
What’s the MOQ for custom rolling papers?
Custom branded rolling papers have a minimum order quantity of 150 units, making them the most accessible product in our catalog and an ideal first branded product for new dispensaries.
What’s the MOQ for custom rolling trays?
Custom rolling trays have a minimum order quantity of 300 units. Trays are one of the most visible branded items in a customer’s home, making them a high-impact investment.
What’s the MOQ for custom grinders?
Custom branded grinders have a minimum order quantity of 200 units — a premium daily-use item customers tend to keep and use for years.
What’s the MOQ for custom bags and packaging?
Custom printed bags (barrier bags, exit bags, child-resistant packaging) have a minimum order quantity of 1,000 units. Bag production runs efficiently at volume, which is why minimums are slightly higher than accessories.
What’s the MOQ for custom pre-roll cones?
Custom printed pre-roll cones have a minimum order quantity that varies by cone size and print complexity. Contact us for exact numbers on your project.
Can I order samples before committing to a full run?
Yes. Sample orders are available for most products in our catalog. A sample lets you see the material, print quality, and finished look in person before placing a full order. Contact [email protected] to request a sample kit.
Do you work with new or small dispensaries?
Absolutely. A large portion of our customer base is single-location dispensaries placing their first custom branded order. We designed our MOQs and pricing specifically to be accessible to new and growing cannabis brands — not just large multi-state operators.
How do I reorder a previous design?
Reordering is simple. Contact us with your previous order number or the name on the account, and we’ll pull up the artwork file from our records. No need to resubmit proofs unless you want to make changes.
Can I combine multiple products in one order?
Yes, and it’s often the smartest way to order. Combining custom lighters, rolling papers, and pre-roll cones in a single order lets you hit MOQs more easily and often reduces total cost through combined production runs.

Artwork & Proofs

What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We prefer vector files — Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Encapsulated PostScript (.eps), or print-ready PDFs. These scale cleanly to any size without quality loss. If you only have raster files, we accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files at 300 DPI or higher.
My logo is low-resolution — can you still print it?
We can review your file and let you know if it’s print-ready during the proof stage. For small logos on products like lighters, lower resolution sometimes works. For larger prints, we may need to vectorize your logo — our design team can often help at no extra charge on qualifying orders.
Will I see a proof before production starts?
Yes. Every single order includes a digital proof sent to your email before any production begins. We won’t print a single unit until you approve the proof. Most proofs are sent within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Can I make changes after approving the proof?
Once a proof is approved, production begins and changes become difficult or impossible depending on where your order is in the process. Take your time reviewing the proof carefully — we’d rather delay a day than produce the wrong thing.
Do you help with design if I don’t have a logo yet?
Our team can help with minor artwork adaptations (resizing, color adjustments, file prep) at no extra charge on qualifying orders. For full logo design or custom brand development, we’d recommend working with a dedicated designer first, then coming to us for production.

Products & Customization

What products can I customize?
Our full custom product line includes: custom BIC lighters, custom Clipper lighters, custom rolling papers, custom pre-roll cones, custom rolling trays, custom grinders, and custom exit packaging. Every product in our catalog is designed to be branded with your logo.
Can I do full-color printing?
Yes. Most of our products support full-color (CMYK) printing, which means any logo, gradient, photo, or complex design can be reproduced. Some products have limitations based on surface material — we’ll let you know at the quote stage if anything needs adjustment.
Can I print on both sides of a product?
Depends on the product. Lighters and rolling trays typically allow front-and-back printing. Rolling papers and cones have different print area limitations. We’ll outline exactly what’s printable on your specific product during the quote.
Do you offer custom sizing or custom shapes?
For most products, we work with standard industry sizes to keep costs reasonable. For custom sizing (non-standard cone lengths, custom tray dimensions, etc.), contact us — we can often accommodate, though production times and minimums may increase.

Shipping & Turnaround

How long does it take to get my order?
Total timeline is usually 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, broken down as: 1–2 days for proof turnaround, a few days for proof approval, and 5–15 business days for production depending on the product. Shipping adds 3–7 days nationwide. Rush options are available for urgent projects.
What’s the production time for each product?
Typical production times:
• Custom Lighters: 5–10 business days
• Custom Rolling Papers: 7–14 business days
• Custom Pre-Roll Cones: 7–14 business days
• Custom Rolling Trays: 10–15 business days
• Custom Grinders: 10–15 business days
Do you offer rush production?
Yes, rush options are available for most products depending on our current production schedule. Rush orders typically incur a rush fee. Contact us with your deadline and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. All orders include tracking so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on order size, weight, and destination. We’ll include shipping estimates in your quote so there are no surprises.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve the U.S. cannabis market. For international orders, contact us directly and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on your destination country and product.

Compliance

Are custom lighters legal to ship?
Yes. BIC and Clipper lighters with custom branding are legal to ship to dispensaries and cannabis brands nationwide. Lighters themselves are not cannabis products — they’re accessories — and are not subject to cannabis-specific shipping restrictions.
Are your products child-resistant?
Our stock exit packaging and child-resistant bags meet certification standards for cannabis compliance. If your state requires specific child-resistant certifications for a particular product type, contact us and we’ll confirm whether that product meets your state’s requirements.
Do I need any special licensing to order?
For branded accessories like lighters, rolling papers, trays, and grinders, you don’t need a cannabis license to order — these are retail accessories, not cannabis products. For compliance packaging and exit bags, we may ask to verify your cannabis business status depending on the order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). For large orders or established accounts, we can also arrange ACH bank transfers or net terms — contact us to discuss.
When am I charged?
Payment is typically collected at the time of order confirmation, before production begins. For established customers with net terms, payment schedules are arranged individually.
Do you offer net terms?
Net terms (net 30, net 60) are available for established customers with a history of repeat orders. New customers typically place their first few orders on prepayment; once we’ve built a relationship, we can discuss terms.
What’s your refund policy?
Custom printed products cannot be refunded once production begins because they’re made to order with your artwork. Before production (during the proof stage), you can cancel at no cost. If a product arrives defective or significantly different from the approved proof, we’ll reprint or refund — contact us immediately.
