Custom Products & Packaging: We have our simple 5 step process listed below to walk new customers and first timers through a custom order.
- 1. Find the Product –
Look through our catalogue of products to find what suits your needs - 2. Attach Your Artwork and Instructions –
Email us your artwork or click the upload button that says ‘Add Files’ on the product page to attach your design/logo files for the order. Please include any other details for the bags that you’d like included. If you need adjustments to existing files or an original design, we’re able to assist you with that as well! - 3. Submit Your Order –
With the items in your cart, you can now start a secure checkout process through PayPal. - 4. We Send Final Proof and Payment Adjustment –
Once we receive a downpayment and artwork, we’ll get started! A proof with the technical details and artwork will be sent to you for a final approval before it goes into production. In most cases, an order will require an additional balance to be paid for shipping or any additional customization to the product. You can get an idea of these costs by viewing the ‘Product Details’ section on the right side of the product page. Contact us for an exact quote. - 5. Finalize the Order –
Once the proof is signed and the remaining balance is settled, we’ll begin production! Then it’s only a matter of time until you’re newly branded product is on your doorstep.
